Venison Meatloaf 1

1lb venison hamburger 
1/4lb  hot italian sausage 
2 green onions(chopped) 
1 tsp minced garlic 
1/4 cup breadcrumbs 
1 egg 
1/4 cup tomato paste 
1/4 cup red wine 
1/2 cup cubed provolone cheese 
salt to taste 

Steps on how to fix Venison Meatloaf   
combine all ingredients,except the cheese cubes 
place 1/2 of the mixture in a loaf pan 
make a well down the center and fill with cheese 
cover with remaining mixture 
bake at 350 for 1hour
