Venison Meat Loaf 2 lbs. ground venison 1/4 lb. pork sausage 1/2 cup chili sauce 1 cup tomato juice 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 medium onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 eggs Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours and until juices run clear. Serve hot. It' is GREAT!
