Venison Jerky this is great to have 6 lbs venison, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 1/2 cups soy sauce 1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup ketchup 1/3 cup liquid smoke 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons black pepper 2 tablespoons garlic powder Mix all ingredients. Marinate meat overnight. Smoke until dry in oven set at 200 degrees or in dehydrator.
