Venison "Deer" Meat Pressure Cooker Stroganoff Recipe 1 2 lbs. deer meat 2 or 3 tablespoons flour 1 large onion, chopped 1 pinch of garlic power or 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 cup beef broth 1 can of slice mushrooms 1 small can of tomato paste 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup sour cream Salt "Kosher Salt is better for you" and pepper to taste 1 package egg noodles, or your fav pasta cooked Pinch of red pepper flakes ( Optional ) PREPARATION: Brown meat in pressure cooker. Add flour and mix well. Stir in onion, garlic powder, mushrooms, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly. Lock the lid in place. Turn stove eye to high setting and then when jiggler starts to sound a good bit, then back heat setting down to about 8 or medium high. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes medium to high heat. Allow pressure to drop by the natural release method and remove the lid. Stir in sour cream and blend well. Serve over hot egg noodles or your fav pasta! Enjoy! Robin & Boyd Travis
