Venison "Deer" Meat Pressure Cooker Stew Recipe 1 2 lbs. deer meat 4 potatoes cut up in squares 1 can (15 ounces) Veg-All mixed vegetables 1 big can of V8 Juice or 3 small cans of tomatoe sauce 2 cans of chopped or diced tomatoes 1 large chopped sweet onion or 2 small "Vidalia onion if possible" 2 small cans of chopped carrots or 2 to 3 carrots cut in to slices 4 small potatoes peeled and cut into chunks Salt "Kosher Salt is better for you" and pepper to taste Pinch of red pepper flakes ( Optional ) PREPARATION: Put pressure cooker pot on stove, turn heat setting to high to high medium. Brown Venison "Deer" Meat with 4 tables spoons of butter and chopped onions in the pressure cooker pot. Add V8 juice, chopped tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, potatoes, carrots in pressure cooker pot and add water till no more than half full. "Its not safe filling pressure cooker much over half full" Put pressure cooker top on tightly and locked down.
