Fried Squirrel 1

4 dressed cut-up young squirrels 
1 cup flour 
salt and pepper to taste 
cooking oil 
 
 
Steps on how to fix fried squirrel 
In an iron skillet add 1/4 to 1/2 in of cooking oil 
Bring oil temp to 325 deg 
Roll squirrel pieces in seasoned flour 
Placed coated pieces in hot oil, browning on both sides
