ORANGE CARROT JELLO SALAD By Robin and Boyd 2 big packs Orange Jello "Follow Jello directions" 2 cups crushed pineapple or 12 oz. to 16 oz. can 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 cups of grated carrots 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pecans or walnuts ***Note: its good to serve with a teaspoon of JFG Salad Dressing on top of a serving! Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple, lemon juice, carrots, and nuts. Chill really well, enjoy eating.
