BBQ Pork Ribs, The Easy Way! By Dave Franks TN Ingredients: Pork ribs BBQ sauce Garlic Powder Brown sugar Paprika Salt & Pepper Apple cider vinegar Water Liquid Smoke Directions: On the bone side of the ribs is a thin membrane. You should pull it off. If you have a baking pan large enough to place a whole slab of ribs in (if not, cut in half) you can stack two high. Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1 tbsp black pepper. Rub on the meat side of the ribs. Place in the pan, then mix 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water. Add enough liquid smoke so you can taste it. Pour about ½ inch in the pan and cover good with heavy duty aluminum foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours, then check for tenderness. It should test 200 degrees in the meat. Remove ribs and pat dry, then put them on the grill and mop with your bbq sauce. Stay with it and keep turning and mopping them 2 or 3 times.
