Simple Chocolate Mousse Pie 1-1/2 pkg. (12 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 2 cups whipping cream, divided 2 tsp. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.) MICROWAVE chocolate and 3/4 cup of the cream in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 minutes or until at room temperature, stirring occasionally. BEAT remaining 1-1/4 cups cream, sugar and vanilla in chilled large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until medium peaks form. Gently stir 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture into chocolate mixture until well blended. Gently stir in remaining whipped cream mixture. Spoon into crust. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until ready to serve.
