Pecan Pie Recipe By Jim Travis For 1 Pie: 3 eggs 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of white or dark Karo syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 teaspoon salt For 2 Pies below: 6 eggs 1 cup of sugar 2 cup of white or dark Karo syrup 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon salt Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, syrup, vanilla, nuts, and salt. Beat well after each addition. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown. Let pie cool and serve with ice cream yum yum!
