No Bake Pineapple Millionaire Pie Recipe Makes 2 pies 2 (9 inch) Prepared Pie Crust (Graham Cracker or Shortbread) 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened (I use the Reduced or FF) 1 can 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple, DRAINED 16 oz. Frozen Cool Whip, Thawed (I use FF) Optional: 1/2 c pecan pieces (1/4 c in pie mix, rest sprinkled on top of pies) Directions: Mix the Softened Cream Cheese, Condensed Milk and Lemon Juice until Well Blended. Stir in the well drained Crushed Pineapple and Thawed Cool Whip and mix well (you can add the optional pecan pieces at this time also). Divide into the 2 Prepared Pie Crust. Chill for at least 2 Hours before serving. Special Note: Crushed Pineapple must be well drained, otherwise you will get soupy/runny pies that don’t set unless you place in freezer. This is from personal experience. LOL. This mix is also great little treat with out the crust also, if you have extra at the end. These pies are so Easy To Make, NO Baking, Easy Clean-up and Great Tasting.
