Creamy Tuna Pasta Summer Salad by Robin Travis 16 Oz. Elbow macaroni or your favorite pasta noodles cooked and drained 1 Med. Red or Yellow bell pepper 1 Cup of mayonnaise 1 Table spoon of cider vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon of sugar 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1/2 Teaspoon of black pepper 1 Cup of chopped celery 1 Med. chopped or 1 cup of chopped sweet onion (1/2 cup hot onion if you don't have sweet onion) 1 Cup of red tomato or cherry tomatoes chopped 2 Cups of cubed mild cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoons of sweet pickle relish 2 Boiled eggs chopped (Optional) 1 Cup of honey baked ham chopped 1 Cup or 1 can of drained tuna (Optional if you don't have or want to use ham) 3 or 4 pinches or pecks of paprika sprinkles for taste or garnish on top *Important: Make sure your pasta noodles is drained and cooled before mixing.
