Grilled Peanut Butter Ham 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1 small onion, grated 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon gravy base (recommended: Kitchen Bouquet) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 center cut ham slices (1 1/2 inches thick) In a blender, combine the broth, peanut butter, honey, onion, garlic, soy sauce, gravy base and pepper. Put the ham in a shallow glass dish, pour the marinade over it, and marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare a charcoal fire. Remove ham from marinade and cook approximately 15 minutes per side over glowing coals. Carve into 1-inch thick slices.
