Divinity Fudge 2 2/3 cups sugar 2/3 cup white corn syrup 2/3 cup cold water 2 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup nuts 1 teaspoon rumford baking powder Stir well together the sugar, corn syrup and water; allow to boil without stirring until it forms a hard ball in cold water, pour this over the stiffly-beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Cool, add vanilla, nuts and baking powder.Beat until cool and thick enough to set. Pour onto a buttered platter and cut when cool.
