Korean style chevon Use tenderloin for this! 1 lb. chevon steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes 4 T. sugar 2 t. olive oil 6 T. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/8th t. freshly ground black pepper 1 small onion, chopped 4 T. sesamae seeds 1 T. flour Mix chevon with sugar and oil and stir well to coat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to three days, stirring occassionally. You can pan fry, broil, or grill the cubes. Sear quickly or grill on med high heat. You can use this as the meat addition to a rice and vegetable stir fry. It make's it very flavorful, tender and delicious
