Southern Fried Bass

Four to six bass fillets
Cornmeal
Salt and pepper

Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper in plastic bag. 
Shake to mix. Heat oil in deep cast iron pot (preferably over an outdoor fish cooker). 
Shake fish in cornmeal mixture and drop into hot oil. 
Fry until golden brown. 
Serve.
