Healthy baked salmon & asparagus fish dish By Robin & Boyd Travis Salmon fillet 1 can of asparagus 3 medium taters 1 lemon Garlic virgin olive oil salt pepper Preheat oven for 375 degrees. 1 glass baking dish. Rinse fish fillet with cold water. Peel taters and rinse with cold water. Pour canned asparagus with its water on bottom of baking dish. Dribble a small a bit of garlic olive oil over fish. Grate lemon zest over fish. Slice lemon thinly. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Bake covered for 40 to 60 minutes. Enjoy this healthy baked dish, we all should try to eat more baked dished in place of frying.
