Grilled catfish 1 

2 med catffish filets 
1 summer squash 
1 med onion 
1 celery stalk 
lemon pepper 
seasoning salt 
garlic powder 

Steps on how to grill catfish  
Place fish on heavy foil 
add half of squash 
half of onion 
season 
wrap in foil sealing tight 
place on grill for 20 min. 
check by sticking fork through foil to test tenderness of squash
