Easy Salsa 1 (28 oz.) can of whole peeled tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chile 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste) Mash whole tomatoes into small chunks. Add tomato sauce and chopped onions. Add chiles and stir. The more spicy and hot that you prefer your salsa, the hotter the level of chiles need to be. Add salt to taste. Chill in refrigerator and serve with tortilla chips. Will keep for up to two weeks.
