Crab Dip * 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) crab meat, drained and flaked * 1 hard cooked egg, chopped * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 2 teaspoons lemon juice * 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Combine crab, hard cooked egg, mayonnaise, and remaining ingredients; mix to blend well. Cover and chill crab dip. Serve crab dip with assorted crackers. Makes about 2 cups of crab dip.
