Carrot Cake

Ingredients 
1 Yellow cake mix 
1 1/4 C. Miracle Whip 
2 C. carrots ( finely grated) 
2 tsp. cinnamon 
1/4 C. Cold water 
4 eggs 
1/2 C. chopped walnuts 

Directions 
Combine cake mix, miracle whip, eggs, water, and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed with mixer till well blended. 
Stir in carrots and walnuts. 
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.` 
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 
Cool Frost with frosting below 
Cream Cheese Frosting 
8 oz pkg cream cheese 
1 tbsp vanilla 
3- 3/12 cups sifted powder sugar 

In a small mixing bowl mix the cream cheese, and vanilla till well mixed. 
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy
