Ingredients 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons five-spice powder 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated 2 garlic cloves, minced Directions 1 Mix together all ingredients except the pork chops. 2 Add pork and coat both sides with marinade and marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. 3 Drain chops, discarding marinade. 4 Place in baking dish and roast at 400F in the oven for 20-25 minutes or grill over direct heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
