Macaroni & Cheese Baked 1 Ingredients 1 Pkg. elbow macaroni 1-1/2 cups Velveeta cheese 1/4 cup margarine 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese Preparation Cook macaroni in boiling water until done, drain. Add margarine, salt, pepper, & milk. Pinch 1-1/2 cups Velveeta into small pieces. Stir into macaroni mixture. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Grate other 1/2 cup of Velveeta & sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350° preheated oven for 20 minutes.
