Easy Southern Chicken Casserole 1 2 cups cooked, deboned chicken or 4 boneless chicken breast 1 cup sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup margarine, melted Pinch of salt and pepper "optional or your judgement" Preparation Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and soups. Pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
