Crab Casserole 1 can crab meat, (8 ounce) 1 can cream of mushroom soup, (98% reduced fat) 1/2 cup prepared dressing/stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farms) 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup mayonnaise Tabasco sauce, to taste Cajun seasoning, to taste Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly.
