Turtle Cake Ingredients * German Choc. Cake Mix 1 stick of Butter,softened 1 1/2 C. Water 1/2 C. Oil 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 Pkg. Caramels 1 C. Pecans,chopped 1 12oz pkg. Choc. Chips 1/2 teas. Vanilla Milk Directions Mix together cake mix, butter, water, oil, and 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk. Place 1/2 of this mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 25 mins. While cake is baking melt caramels and other 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk. Pour over hot cake.Sprinkle pecans on caramel mixture. Add rest of cake mix and bake at 350* for 25 mins. Cool and frost. Frosting: Heat choc. chips, vanilla, and just enough milk to melt chips
