South West Virginia Apple Cake Recipe By Kathy Sexton of Jonesville Virginia

3 Cups of chopped apples (You don’t have to peel apples)
3 Cups of self-rising flour
˝ Cup of vegetable oil (Might need tid bit more)
2 Cups of sugar
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
1 Teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Mix all in bowl.
Preheat oven to 325 for 1 hour.
