French Vanilla Cheesecake 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour 5 eggs 1/2 cup sour cream 1 Tablespoon good Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine sugar and melted butter or margarine. Press on bottom of 9" spring form pan. Par bake crust for 5 minutes. In bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, beating mixture continuously. Add flour and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating mixture well in between each addition. Blend sour cream, Vanilla extract, lemon zest and salt. Pour mixture spring form pan onto par baked crust. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn off oven and allow cheesecake to cool in the oven 1 hour with the door slightly a jar. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Chill for 2 to 24 hours before serving. Serves 10 to 12 .
