Homemade Lemonade 5 to 6 large lemons 1 cup sugar 2 quarts cold water Slice each lemon in half and squeeze the juice of each of them in a large measuring cup. There should be about 1 1/2 cups of juice. Remove any seeds. In large pitcher, combine the juice and the sugar. Stir in the cold water and serve over ice. Makes about 10 cups.
