Basic batter for crepes 2 eggs 3/4 cup flour 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt PREPARATION Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for some minutes and set aside to stand for 2 hours. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter into a heated, greased or nonstick crêpe pan and cook over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining mixture to make about 20 crêpes.
