Cheese Balls Recipe By Robin 24 ounces (two rolls) mild or “hot optional” pork sausage 4-1/2 cups Bisquick (One small Box) 16 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded fine Allow sausage to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Mix sausage and Bisquick, then add shredded cheese and mix thoroughly. Using a melon baller, form mixture into tiny balls. Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until brown as you like. May freeze prior to baking; not necessary to thaw before baking.
