Goat Meat cuts of meat

Kid goat meat is similar to lamb or veal but has a subtly different flavor, offering a tender, tasty and interesting alternative for the fine dining menu.
Milk fed Kid (Capretto) — up to 4 months in age with a typical dressed carcass weight of between 7 – 12 kgs; and
Grass fed Kid (Chevon) — up to 12 months in age, with a typical dressed carcass weight between 10 - 15 kgs.
A range of gourmet meat cuts which are trimmed and vacuum packed to ensure long lasting freshness.


The cuts are similar to cuts of lamb and include:
Rolled Leg (bone out)
Mini Roast (leg, bone out)
Racks (Frenched)
Diced Forequarter
Rolled Loin
Tenderloin (backstrap)
Shanks — whole shank or 'Osso-Bucco' style
Neck chops, 'Osso-Bucco' style
Rosemary Sausages

Plain Kid Sausages.
