PIZZA LASAGNA RECIPE By Boyd and Robin Travis Jonesville, VA.

Our family loves lasagna and thing is, we love this Pizza Lasagna version best!

Try it!

2 Pounds of lean ground beef or chuck
3 Chef Boyardee Pizza Sauce, with Cheese, 15 oz cans
1 pack of Pepperoni's
1 small diced sweet onion (optional)
2 jars of Green Giant Mushrooms Sliced
2 packs of Mozzarella Low-Moisture Shredded Cheese
1 Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese 15 oz. container
1 Barilla Lasagna noodles box
Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

*** Healthy way of cooking your ground meat suggestions PLEASE READ!

This way of cooking meats is much better for you and taste better too!
Our family boils our meat in a big pot separately in water such as hamburger or what ever meat for your chili!
We boil the meat in water for about 1 hour or until the meat is fully cooked.
When done, we then use a colander and pour off the hot greasy water off into a bowl then you can discard out doors somewhere NOT pour your greasy water off into your kitchen sink!
“Over time pouring grease or greasy water off into your kitchen sink drains will clog your drains”
Now you have your meat cooked and a big percentage of your meat cooked without all that bad grease!
Now you have your meat poured and drained in a bowl.

Cooking your meat by this cooking method above, this great chili won't give you any heart burn!

Put your cook stove eye on med. high heat.
Now you have your meat cooked with out all that bad grease, add your cooked ground meat back into big pot you boiled your meat in.
In your big pot, add your pizza sauce, 80 percent of your pepperoni's in, chopped diced onion, mushrooms in pot and heat and stir
for about 10 min. or so.

While doing that, boil your lasagna noodles.

Put some meat mixture in bottom of cake pan or baking dish about 9 inch by 12 inch or 14-1/2'' x 10-1/2'' Lasagna Pan.
Layer noodles on some of your meat mixture, the spread some ricotta cheese, some mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers but on top put remaining pepperoni's on top then lots of more mozzarella cheese on top.

After baking, sprinkle yummy grated Parmesan Cheese!

Preheated oven of 375 and bake for about 30 min.s

Great with cheesy garlic bread!
Enoy with family, friends and loved ones!
